OUR FLEET
OUR CTV FLEET IS EQUIPPED FOR QUICK, COMFORTABLE AND SAFE OFFSHORE TRANSPORTATION
DFO is dedicated to support the Taiwanese local marine and offshore renewables industry. We own the largest fleet of modern CTVs in Taiwan, with A market share of over 20%. All our CTVs are new build Damen vessels, primarily the FCS 2710. CTVs work mostly within the windfarm to transport personnel and components. Our CTVs are safe, comfortable and eco-friendly. Our CTVs have a cargo deck area of 90.0 m2 and carry up to 20 tons of deck cargo, allowing them to swiftly carry supplies and components. DFO has obtained ISO 9001/14001/45001 certification for such services.
With an overall length of 26.3m and a depth at the side of 3.7m, our FCS 2610 is able to carry 12 passengers in comfort. Personnel have a panoramic view at the passenger area on the bridge, maintaining a good mental state while sailing to the wind farm. Equipped with a large deck area of about 100 m2, Falcon 3 has participated in Guard Vessel Projects, Turbine Commissioning, Personnel and Cargo Transfers. Falcon 3 has provided quality transportation and services for passengers in the pioneering Taiwanese windfarms such as TPC1, Formosa 1 and Formosa 2.
In early 2021, there are only ten FCS 2710 vessels around the world, of which Dong Fang Offshore owns four. When the previous series FCS 2610 is compared to FCS 2710, you will see that FCS 2710 is more spacious and comfortable at both the passenger area and bridge, increasing technician satisfaction. In addition, an independent suspension system is used in every seat, cushioning the impact to passengers in rough weather. Internet, breakout areas and entertainment systems are provided for passengers to use as well.
