Remuneration Committee
The Company established the Remuneration Committee on May 22, 2024 to determine and review the evaluation of the performance of directors and managers, the policies, systems, standards and structures of remuneration, and the remuneration they receive, and provide the suggestions to the Board of Directors for discussion.
The Remuneration Committee shall hold at least two meetings a year.
