2025 Employee Satisfaction Survey

To promote career development and enhance communication and interaction between the company and its employees, Dong Fang Offshore held a total of four labor-management meetings in 2024, providing regular updates to employees on company operations and policies.

In March 2025, the company conducted its Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey, with implementation details as follows:

Dong Fang Offshore evaluates and discloses employee satisfaction based on four key categories and remains committed to improving performance across all areas.

 

March 2025 Employee Satisfaction Survey Participation Overview:
Total participants: 235 (including both local and foreign employees)
Completed surveys: 175
Participation rate: 74.47%
- Onshore staff: 57 responses (32.57%)
- Offshore staff: 118 responses (67.43%)

 

Dong Fang Offshore continues to disclose satisfaction results based on four major dimensions

and is dedicated to continuously enhancing employee satisfaction in each category.
