Hiring Process

 

Step 1: Apply

Please search for open positions and submit your CV via 104 or LinkedIn .  Marine Crew can reach us out by our email crewing@dfo.com.tw and submit your CV and get our latest vacancies.

Step 2: First interview

Candidate to attend an online or in-person interview.

Step 3: Second interview

Some of the positions will require a second interview with the hiring manager or Sr. Management team.

Step 4: Offer Notification

You will be notified via phone after the decision has been made, an officer offer letter will be sent via Email after the notification by phone call. For the candidates who are not selected, the data will be in our talent pool for the future.

Step 5: Welcome to DFO!

Complete the required documents before your start date at the Taichung/Wuqi office.
